NNF Continuing Education

The Foundation is pleased to offer online continuing education courses for nurses. Besides providing opportunities for CEUs in timely and engaging topics, all proceed from these courses support the Nevada Nurses Foundation's mission!

UPCOMING LIVE COURSES

Our first course deals with Compassion Fatigue, presented by Dr. Mary Bemker, PhD, MSN, CADC, LPCC, RN, and Foundation Advisory Board Member. This interactive presentation defines the symptoms of compassion fatigue vs. burnout, contributing factors, and methods for coping.

This course was originally presented as a webinar on May 12, 2018, and it will be available as an on-demand online course shortly. Cost for the course and a certificate for 2.5 CEUs is $25.

Dr. Bemker is generously donating her time and expertise to develop and present this course, and 100% of the proceeds from this course will fund the Susan Williams Scholarship for Oncology Nurses.
