Dianne Bergemeyer Legacy Scholarship

Dianne Olsen Bergemeyer of Henderson passed away at the age of 78 on November 10, 2021, surrounded by her family. She was born September 19, 1943, to Robert and Jeanne Olsen. She graduated from Basic High School in 1961 and received her nursing degree from Fullterton College. Dianne spent her life caring for others, first as a Candy Striper and then as a registered nurse for more than 30 years until her retirement. She was an avid reader and master cruciverbalist (she would tell you to look it up). She had numerous talents, but among her favorites were tending to her many plants and fruit and vegetable gardens, cooking, and crocheting.

She valued family above all else and enriched her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren's lives with love, wisdom, and guidance. Dianne will be missed by everyone who knew her, and we will carry her in our hearts forever.

This scholarship honors our memory of Dianne and her contributions.
